Mark was selected 3rd overall in the 2007 Bantam Draft by the Edmonton Oil Kings
Mark was named captain of the Oil Kings in 2010
In 2010 Mark was selected 23rd overall by the Buffalo Sabres
Mark was named to the 2012 Canada World Junior Team
2012 WHL Championship
On October 12th 2012 Mark made is professional debut withe the Rochester Americans
March 17th 2013 Mark was recalled by the Buffalo Sabres and played against the Washington Capitals
