Our hockey camps run through the off-season featuring a range of drills and exercises to improve athletic performance and strength. Each program will prepare each player to hit the ice with more determination and power than ever before.

Online Off Ice Training Program’s

Elite Online Training Program

Starts April 23rd ends August 24th

  • We have partnered with Bridge Athletics to provide our athletes with a extensive personalized online training system.
  • Each client will undergo an assessment done either at Firstline or through video using the Bridge APP and a tutorial on how to use the app.
  • Once the assessment is complete using the bridge app we will provide 4 workouts a week on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.
  • Each workout will provide video of the each exercise as well as sets, reps, and rest.
  • Cost $1000(Including GST)

 

Elite Prep Training Program

Starts June 4th ends Aug 31st

  • The Prep program is designed for Bantam or first year Midget athletes.
  • Each client will undergo an assessment done either at Firstline or through video using the Bridge APP and a tutorial on how to use the app.
  • Once the assessment is complete using the Bridge app we will provide 3 workouts a week on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
  • Each workout will provide video of each exercise as well as sets, reps and rest.
  • Cost $500

Elite Beginer Off Ice Training Program

Starts June 4th ends August 31st

Program Details

  • 38 1hr facilitated workouts (Monday,Wednesday,Friday)
  • Training groups of 2-5 at desired training times.
  • Costs $1365 (GST Included) 15% off for full payment in January. You can secure a spot with a deposit of $500 or full payment. Balance of payment can be made in 3 instalments. Payments required by: i. May 1st, ii. July 1st iii. August 1st
  • Late registration after March 31st will be and additional $100.

Our off season training program is a periodized program designed to help each athlete perform at the next level. We split our program into 4 different phases.

Core/injury maintenance
Cardiovascular/ Endurance Training
Strength p/Hypertrophy
Power/Speed/Agility

This method allows us to focus on each athletes strengths and weaknesses, as well as build up to peak fitness levels before camps start our goal is to give each athlete every opportunity to perform at the next level.

Programs will be provided to athletes during vacation periods.

  • 15 Joga sessions (Wednesday)
  • 10 On Ice Skill Sessions facilitated by 200 Hockey
  • Extencive Fitness testing
  • Biosteel supplements provided
  • Cost $2700 (GST included)15% off for full payment in January. You can secure a spot with a deposit of $500 or full payment. Balance of payment can be made in 3 instalments. Payments required by: i. April 1st, ii. May 23rd, and iii. July 4th
  • Goalies Pay $2280
  • Late registration after March 31st will be and additional $100

Programs will be provided to athletes during vacation periods.

Workout sessions that land on long weekends will be made up on what would be the Joga days.

  • 76 1.5hr facilitated workouts (Monday,Tuesday,Thursday,Friday)
  • 10 On ice Skill sessions by 200 Hockey (Wade Burt)
  • 18 Maintenance treatments from Dr Gordon Burns (chiropractor). Can be booked on Tuesdays. If the client or parents of the client have benefits for chiropractic treatment Dr Burns can direct bill to receive money back.
  • Access to Normatech pulse recovery system
  • 15 1hr Joga sessions (Wednesday)
  • Training groups of 2-5 Athletes
  • Biosteel supplements provided
  • Extencive Fitness Testing
  • Cost $3600 (GST included) 15% off for full payment in January. You can secure a spot with a deposit of $500 or full payment.  Balance of payment can be made in 3 instalments. Payments required by: i. April 1st, ii. May 23rd, and iii. July 4th

Junior A Spring Prep Camp

Starts on March 20th  ends April 12th

Looking to prepare and keep fit for Junior A Spring Camps?

We offer a two day a week program that focuses on strength and cardiovascular fitness.

Sessions will be 1hr long on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 4:30pm and will be in groups of 10-15 athletes.
