Junior A Spring Prep Camp

Looking to prepare and keep fit for Junior A Spring Camps?

We offer a two day a week program that focuses on strength and cardiovascular fitness.

Sessions will be 1hr long on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 4:30pm and will be in groups of 10-15 athletes.
