Our hockey camps run through the off-season featuring a range of drills and exercises to improve athletic performance and strength. Each program will prepare each player to hit the ice with more determination and power than ever before.

Female Bantam and Midget

Starts: June 6th ends Aug 24th

Program Details:

  • 12 week training program
  • For 1st year Bantam to 3rd year Midget athletes
  • 24 1hr facilitated workouts
  • Extensive fitness Testing
  • Training on Tuesday’s and Thursdays (evenings in June, afternoons in July and August)
  • Small training groups of 3-5 athletes
  • Cost $720(GST included)
  • Late registration after April 30th will be an additional $100

Our off season training program is a periodized program designed to help each athlete perform at the next level. We split our program into 4 different phases.

Core/injury maintenance
Cardiovascular/ Endurance Training
Strength p/Hypertrophy
Power/Speed/Agility

This method allows us to focus on each athletes strengths and weaknesses, as well as build up to peak fitness levels before camps start our goal is to give each athlete every opportunity to perform at the next level.

Bantam Camp

Starts June 5th ends August 31st

Program Details

  • 38 1hr facilitated workouts (Monday,Wednesday,Friday)
  • Training groups of 2-5
  • 13 on Ice Sessions (Thursday)
  • Costs $1365 (GST Included) 15% off for full payment in January. You can secure a spot with a deposit of $500 or full payment. Balance of payment can be made in 3 instalments. Payments required by: i. May 1st, ii. July 1st iii. August 1st
  • Chiropractic work $335 for 12 weeks (optional) Dr Burns will provide 1 treatment a week for the 12 week program. Each treatment is a savings of $22.50. Receipts will be provided for benefit purposes once services are rendered. Appointments can be made on Tuesdays between 1:00pm and 8:00pm.   • Late registration after March 31st will be and additional $100.

Starts May 1st end August 18th

Program Details

  • 64 1.5hr facilitated workouts (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday Friday)
  • 15 Joga sessions (Wednesday)
  • 16 Ice Sessions (Wednesday)
  • Extencive Fitness testing
  • Biosteel supplements provided
  • Year end golf tournament
  • Cost $2400 (GST included)15% off for full payment in January. You can secure a spot with a deposit of $500 or full payment. Balance of payment can be made in 3 instalments. Payments required by: i. April 1st, ii. May 23rd, and iii. July 4th
  • Chiropractic work $450 for 16 weeks (optional) Dr Burns will provide 1 treatment a week for the 16 week program. Each treatment is a savings of $22.50.   • Training groups of 2-5 Athletes

Each training session will be monitored by First Beat technology. This allows us to track each individual’s progress and personalize his or her program. Along with the HR monitoring we will also incorporate a daily survey to track and measure the athletes well being.

Junior A Spring Prep Camp

Starts on March 21st ends April 13th

Looking to prepare and keep fit for Junior A Spring Camps?

We offer a two day a week program that focuses on strength and cardiovascular fitness.

Sessions will be 1hr long on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 4:30pm and will be in groups of 10-15 athletes.
