It’s a couple months into the hockey season so we thought we would give everyone and up date on some of our athletes.

Mark Pysyk has started the year off strong with the Florida Panthers posting 1 goal and 2 assists with a +9.

Sam Steel has 25 points in 12 games and sits at + 15. He is tied for the league lead in goals with 12. Sam will be playing in the Canada Russia Super Series for Team WHL. They play at Rogers Place on Nov 8th.

Carter Hart will also be playing for Team WHL in the Canada Russia Super Series. He currently is ranked #1 in the WHL for goalies posting 9 wins in 13 games with a GAA of 1.89 and a sav% of 0.926.

Clayton Kirichenko, captain of the Medicine Hat Tigers is having an impressive start to season with 14 points in 16 games with a +8. Pro scouts should be keeping an eye on this 20 year old.

In the AJHL, ASU committed athlete Tyler Maltby leads the AJHL in goals with 16 in 17 games and 6 assists.

Honerable mention goes out to the Sherwood Park Midget AAA Kings who lead the AMHL North with a record of 9-0-1.
