Meet Aoife Botchey.

Aoife is a graduate of the University of Alberta with a Bachelor of Kinesiology specializing in sports performance. While completing her degree, she was a starting striker for the Augustana Vikings and then moved on to work with the Pandas soccer team as their student kinesiologist for her final two years. During her time with the Pandas she received the Varsity Therapist Award for extensive involvement, commitment, and service to the Pandas program.
Aoife started with Firstline in 2022 after completing her practicum there. She works with one on one clients, sports teams, and runs group fitness classes.
Aoife works out regularly, is committed to her own health and wellness and spends as much time as possible with her dog Tess. Aoife’s main goal is to integrate physical activity into her clients’ lifestyle so that their progress is sustainable. Aoife loves being able to give clients confidence in the gym and in themselves.
