Meet Our Trainers

Firstline Fitness Training has qualified experienced trainers that are able to help with any athlete or client to reach his or her fitness goals.

Meet Bryan Fountain.

Bryan has been working at Firstline since 2021, training in both the one-on-one setting and team setting. He works as the lead Strength and Conditioning Coach with the Okanagan Hockey Academy Edmonton, programming and implementing both age appropriate and periodized training programs with elite hockey players aged 13-18.
Bryan completed his Kinesiology degree from the University of Alberta in the spring of 2021 and will begin his Master’s degree in Strength and Conditioning in the Fall of 2022. Bryan is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA, and a Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coach.
His goal is to help his clients achieve their genetic potential. Whether that’s a youth athlete looking to play collegially, or a retired parent looking to get back to their previous healthy self. Bryan uses his client centred approach and his extensive knowledge in exercise, nutrition, and recovery to create a training plan that will allow you to reach your goals.
