Firstline Fitness Training is committed to developing athletes to perform at top levels. Our athletes are taken through a series of drills and exercises designed to improve their game.

We offer three levels of hockey camps to accommodate various levels of the sport. Our hockey training camps are designed for hockey players in Bantam, Midget,¬†Junior, NCAA, and Pro Levels. We also offer a female program partnering 212 hockey. Over the course of the training program, athletes will be challenged to develop core strength, power and endurance while focusing on recovery and nutrition supplementation. Completion of the hockey program, each athlete will be able to bring his or her best performance to the ice. Participating in our programs doesn’t just mean you are signing up for a camp it means you are joining a team. We pride ourselves on our culture at the gym and want each athlete to feel at home when they walk into our gym.
